That one was confusing, maybe there would be a plot twist or he just gave up, but he looks too cunning and selfish to give up and die in every reset sooo plot twist it is..
We only think that because of what Bada said, but we learned we can't trust in Badas word only because he is too confident in things he thinks he knows. The phone call is probably just something the cousin did to get away from the group while also keeping Bada unaware of him being awake. He probably also could read Bada like an open book like Doha has been and knows Bada had already labeled him as the "first kill" NPC and would assume he was dead instead of going to check since to Bada everything is programmed a certain way anyways
And the time we saw him as the first kill in chapter 3 was him doing it on purpose since now Doha is acting strange even for him so he had to make sure that if something was changing he would still be thought of as the first kill (not knowing ofc he was about to have his data erased)
That’s true, I didn’t think of that. Doha also called him a selfish one who only cared about himself so I think he could just be waiting for Bada to do all the work and solve the mysteries for him
