Why do they get cameras wrong

I’m just being really pedantic here but everytime a manga or manwha mentions film cameras and goes into some detail about how it works, it’s somehow always a little wrong if not completely wrong. Like bro here really pointed at the film advance lever and said “this is how you change the focus”
