He dint rape, jin consented for sex but he did not consent for sedating him.. that was wrong.
Okay but Matthew is kind of a hypocrite. He also drugged and raped Jin for 3 days. Like sure it was suppose to keep him safe but that doesnt undo what he did. Rape is Rape.
