in this particular situation that is!!! I definitely pity the ml and I do feel slightly annoyed by Garam... I mean, knocking food off the table because of a mere kiss and mention of liking each other IS in fact excessive and would hurt anyone's feelings. But at the same time I get that his trauma runs deep so it's not as easy for him to open up. However, you can't let the past ruin your present. Most people want affection to be expressed through words... this is why it's so important to heal first and find that self-love before getting into a relationship.
