Summary (this took me 2 hours lmao)

Just like most of you, I have forgotten all the layered drama of this webtoon and decided to re-read. Here is a summary of everything that happened more or less so far after the whole Cirrus blackmailing Skyler stuff:


Cirrus starts to get jealous of Chan-il because he doesn't understand his feelings for Skyler yet. He also doesn't understand Skyler and why he likes Chan-il.

Cirrus also convinced Ri-in to give Chan-Il a chance since he fell in love with her at first sight during the school festival. He told her not to tell him they know each other because "It would be awkward if you two break up, so I just told him we know each other from tutoring" (or whatever after school school they have).
The two of them start dating. Ri-in gives Cirrus two tickets to the amusement Park she and Chan-il are going to that weekend.
Cirrus invites Skyler to this so he would see them together and give up on Chan-il.

Then when he went to visit Skyler's home (when Skyler wasn't there) he saw how he slashed someone out of a picture, a picture where Skyler looks dramatically different- hence why he knows that whoever that was, he was someone important to Skyler.

Also, Cirrus witnessed Dongsik trying to steal money from Skyler- so Cirrus paid him to stop hanging out with Skyler and also threatened him.

Now that Skyler is isolated, Cirrus notices that he doesn't enjoy seeing Skyler all sad. He slowly realises his feelings and he and Skyler start hanging out more and more. After Cirrus founds out that his step-mom and dad fucked on his bed, he gets into this fight with his step-mom and runs away. He meets Skyler while trying to run. Skyler takes care of him the whole night. In the morning, Cirrus confesses his feelings to him, Skyler at first brushes it off but realises that he has started to develop feelings for Cirrus as well. They start dating.

Cirrus is moving out, they are dating and go into this grocery store where Cirrus meets his old bully from preschool (who he pushed down the stairs). Skyler got angry on his behalf after some provocation from the bully and started a fight. Skyler beat the shit out of this one dude and they run away before they call the cops on them.

Yada yada stuff

Now Chan-il has been noticing that Skyler and Cirrus have been distancing themselves from him and becoming friends with each other. So when he sees that his and Skyler's favourite photograph artist has an exhibition, he writes to him about how the two of them should go there together. Cirrus sees the message first and deletes it, blocking Chan-Il from Skyler's phone.
Chan-il confronts Skyler about this and asks him again, Skyler, confused puts 2 and 2 together and apologises. He knows he would enjoy this, but decides that Cirrus's well being is more important and tells him he can't go there with him, not now nor later. Cirrus in the meantime buys this chocolate milkshake for Skyler, while he is looking for him, he discovers Skyler and Chan-il being all buddy buddy and throws the milkshake at Skyler with full force. Skyler, now angry starts a fight with Cirrus and tells Chan-il to leave. Once they are alone, they start a fight where Cirrus is talking about how Skyler must still want Chan-il and is only with him because he couldn't be with Chan-il. Skyler, angry tells him that it's true. Cirrus breaks down and starts begging Skyler to take it back and tell him it isn't true. They have a fist fight before returning to class where Cirrus starts crying. Later that day they make up and fuck.


Now Dongsik is feeling inferior to Cirrus because of how he threatened him- after he heard from his friend that Cirrus and Skyler are dating, he tried to spread it to bring Cirrus down. After that didn't work, Cirrus threatened him again, which rubbed Dongsik's ego again, making him reach out to Skyler and tell him how he has been getting blackmailed by Cirrus, blaming him for the break in their friendship (also conveniently leaving out the fact he would let his other friends use Skyler's stuff without his permission and tried to steal almost a "100 dollars" from him). Skyler is at first shaken, but decides that he will first talk to Cirrus about this before making any conclusions.

Then Candy gets sick, Cirrus goes offline and can't reach Skyler because Skyler is still battling with his feelings of betrayal. When he gets over all that, he calls Cirrus to ask him what's up. Cirrus tells him about the whole Candy situation and tells Skyler not to come, but to finish his exams first since Candy already had her surgery and all. Skyler agrees.

Now, it's like exam season, Cirrus isn't showing up, no one can reach him, he has been coming to school beaten up, cried in front of the whole class etc. So things are concerning. The school gets involved into the whole grocery store fight from before where Cirrus admits to everything and takes the fall for Skyler. The teacher is researching the incident and found out that it was Skyler who started the fight and who beat the shit out of the other student.

During this, Chan-Il witnesses Ri-in and Cirrus hugging and crying and him going to her apartment, making him think that Ri-in is cheating on him with Cirrus who has been continuously avoiding him. (Cirrus is avoiding him because he saw him without his maks when he witnessed his father's abuse and also because he is scared that the only reason why Skyler is dating him because he can't date Chan-il).

Cirrus goes to school again where he meets Chan-il who confronts him about the whole Ri-in situation. Cirrus who is again, still feeling uneasy about how Skyler feels about him, wants to make sure that Chan-il feels just as uneasy as he is (as he knows this probably the first and last time he'll be able to make him feel this shitty). He doesn't deny the accusations and tells him to ask Ri-in himself, knowing he probably never will.

The next day as Skyler is about to meet Cirrus. On his way, Chan-il says he needs to go the same way as him and they decide to go together. While they are alone, Chan-il opens up about his fight with Cirrus and how Cirrus is the one who brought him and Ri-in together yada yada.
Skyler, now thinking that their whole relationship was a lie and scam pushes through and decides to meet Cirrus first and get the truth from him. When he asks Cirrus about the incident, Cirrus lies. Skyler reveals he knows the truth about the whole Chan-il and Ri-in and how he purposely pushed his OG friends (Dongsik) away from him. This has now convinced him that their whole relationship was just some elaborate prank from Cirrus's side. Cirrus, panicking, doesn't tell him about the truth about Dongsik and Skyler leaves.

Which is where we get to the current time where Cirrus shows up to school, beats the shit out of Dongsik for what he told to Skyler (and I guess he also needs an emotional outlet). He says the line to Chan-il "I couldn't find you first" meaning he was planning to beat the shit out of him for "ruining his relationship with Skyler" but found the Dongsik first.

Skyker is still heartbroken and Chan-il is still feeling anxious. The teacher is now investigating Skyler and his relationship with Cirrus (trying to figure out why Cirrus is acting the way he is acting and why is protecting Skyler).

Now we have Cirrus downward spiraling and telling Ri-in how he just used her and Chan-il and how Skyler originally had crush on Chan-il yada yada. Ri-in gets mad and slaps Cirrus.
