looking for a oneshot

Hi all! I'm looking for a yaoi oneshot I read a while back - it might have been part of an anthology.

Anyway, the couple involves a popular doujinshi artist who's always busy attending conventions, leaving his partner in the dark. His partner's birthday was coming up but the artist completely forgot and was going to prioritise going to a con instead - they have a big fight but the artist undergoes a makeover from geek to handsome dude to win his partner back :P
