Luca is Jonas and fl sister's child, fl family has the royalty bloodline but it's from their grandmother so it's like the third branch already. Yes they are related but it's not really incest and it's more comman for this kind of world background to have far relative marriage.

Soooo... I was rereading the story and I just realize that Luca is a product of incest. Like His father Jonas and his mother are cousins.... Or I misunderstood their somewhat chaotic family tree.
