Not just the translation or anything (which yeah, at times it seems like unedited MTL and barely makes sense), but the obvious absurdities. An example right from the start: DO NOT EVER HAVE A RANDOM BLOOD TRANSFUSION. That is highly likely to kill the injured person! Even direct blood family absolutely may never give blood without being the appropriate blood type. Even then, there's actually more factors within the blood that determine how well the body can handle the foreign blood... then you have things like a ton of awful diseases that can be transferred through blood (HIV and Hep C for example). I'd judge this story harsh even if this was the only problem. But.
Then almost immediately, they talk about how being unconscious for too long or waking from a coma will likely cause hallucinations or mental illness that will require being put in an institution? No! No! That's not how that works! Sure, those things may be affected, but it's absolutely not the most obvious problems that would be a concern. The biggest issues will be not far off from most brain damage- potentially speech, control of bodily function, sensory issues like sight or hearing, limited short term memory and/or ability to process, ugh... WHY would an author choose to write on subjects of which they're clearly dangerous levels of ignorant??
There's many more massive issues from the start. An example (Ch5, no big spoiler) is that not only selling, but even making any kind of medicine is straight up ILLEGAL. Firstly, that's insane, because even various teas are supposed to help with some health issues. A world where basic herbs can be taken to reduce fever and it's considered illegal? Just?? A literal child can read all about how to do it (why is there so much accessible info on it if illegal), so there's clearly much more than enough medical knowledge in that world for very basic medications to be easily created for the general population, but it's a CRIME and some people can still be accused of being a WITCH because they made an ointment from knowledge easily accessible in a multitude of books and...
Sorry. It's just insultingly awful. I can't understand how any of this got approved to be in a manhwa. I can't read more. The author should never be allowed to so much as place a bandaid on someone.
