It's partially false, but maybe partially true. I have been keeping up with www for 12 years now, and he did groom a young girl to being simply a seggs toy for him to pass around with other employees of WWE, particularly John Laurinitis (spelled his name wrong probs).
The young woman had just lost both of her parents, which she was the sole caretaker of and he used her grief to his advantage, and groomed her. She was basically promised a job with WWE and became a mistress of his. He made her do heinous things involving toys and his own .
He passed her around, essentially creating a seggs ring and forced her to do all these things, which is obviously . She was forced to give him a bj when she ended things, and gave her hush money, which he didn't pay in full. She has recently placed a lawsuit against him, which resulted in Vince stepping away from the company.
More things to add is that Vince has multiple stories, and has made his wrestlers do questionable things for the sake of entertainment. He also is friends and even donated to Donald trump's campaign.
He also turned a blind eye to Pat Patterson's pdf behaviors of ring boys, and let him continue working with WWE until Pat Patterson died. He has also turned a blind eye when one of his female wrestlers reported she had been by US soldiers when WWE held a tribute to the troops show.
It could be true he forced some of his stars to perform seggs acts on him, but obviously people are scared to reveal their abuse done by the hands of a billionaire. I wouldn't be surprised if more stories came out.

ohh isn’t this the lawsuit of janel ? i know a little bit bc i’ve seen brock lesnar was also involved in this if im not mistaken. But i did not know he did all that!! I’ve been watching for around 10 years but don’t closely follow up, i just started watching more actively during roman reigns title reign. That’s insane though. I also saw it was with other several woman as well, not sure though.

Yes, this is the Janel lawsuit. Who knows if Stephanie, Triple H, or Shane knew. Stephanie did leave the company when her dad returned as he sold the company to TKO.
Janel has stated she knows there are others, and she hopes this lawsuit will give them the courage to tell their own stories. Let's hope everything comes to light and Vince gets what he deserves.
