Since when is Cirrus that altruistic? Ipsins

Actually Cirrus is loyal and he kept silent about what Skylar did taking the blame in his stead.

So? Cirrus also intervened in the Skylar's parasyte friends' bs. And he also set Chan Il with his childhood friend, to make Skylar forget about Chan Il. That doesnt make him altruistic. Quite the opposite, because his intentions were to keep Skylar alone with no other option than to rely on him. Cirrus does indeed like Skylar, but he has a messed up way to show it. He knows no other way. He will learn now that things have started to come back to bite him on the ass. In the meantime, what he's doing is repeating the only relationship pattern he knows, in which people eventually leave him without a care in this world. In Cirrus mind, everyone already left, that's why he's leaving, he has nothing else to lose.

Dont forget we're looking at characters full of past traumas. Traumas trap ppl in a loop of suffering till they find a way out. That's what Skylar and Cirrus are for each other. Skylar will show Cirrus trust that not everyone will leave and Cirrus will show Skylar what it means to trust someone to have your back.

here's to a speedy happy ending, because both characters and readers deserve it after this shtshow of suffering!
