He is not a child . We can clearly see in the manga that ukes childhood frn got married . They are of same age so .. he is an adult . He must be 20 years old .

In touching your night the uke is an grown adult .The height difference between Uke and seme in that story is not too large . But in bride of Ignat , the seme is really tall cuz he is not a human . I would say that human height of his is still small for a dragon as dragon are about 115 ft tall.
