I feel it would be worrying if the older person was the one putting pressure and chasing, but it's the opposite and it's more friendship and companionship before any romance, even if there is some pity manipulation in place, so I think it's okay.

I think he’s 22 and unnie is in her 30s. As long he’s in legal age it’s fine

im genuinely going to answer your concern but this specific age gap isn’t a problem because both people have equal footing. meaning there’s no power dynamic, besides their honorifics. the older person is not looking to groom or manipulate the younger person with the intention of “dating young”. and the younger person isn’t a teenager seeking older partners for fulfillment

it’s possible to have an organic connection with this age gap when both people are on the same social standing (work, emotions, etc). plus… ml is hinted to be older than his assumed age
