I’m at the point in the novel where it’s mentioned that Raonhiljo is aware of the poison and also aware of the cure. So my question is, was he indirectly attempting to kill his brother by not mentioning the cure to him or tell him the side effects of sleeping with an Imae? I actually believe he’s pretending to be drunk because he doesn’t have the guts to sleep with MC due to the poison. Going back to earlier chapters, I believe Raonhiljo was just pretending to attempt sleeping with MC. I don’t think he stopped because MC didn’t want to, he stopped because he’s afraid of being poisoned. I’ve not completed the novel but Raonhiljo is super sus to me.
Nope, he is not aware. After Raon attack the palace to take him to their secret location, it is when he revealed the reason to him. I know as I'm reading the novel and I'm at chapter 45.

My point is, he knew all along since the beginning of the novel. He knew about the poison that’s why he couldn’t bring himself to engage in sexual activity with MC. He revealed his reasons later but was aware since the beginning.
