my yapathon abt the ending

I agree with the general consensus. This story starts out great, the family dynamic’s progression from the beginning to the near end is great and somewhat realistic, where the partially “wild” forgotten princess gradually warms up to her siblings and parents while dealing with her whole magic eyeball sitch. but by the end…. yikkkerss
firstly: like other people have mentioned, a bunch of characters’ stories are left as loose ends, and secondly, they rush her into being set up with her original father figure ????? like,, hello,,,? earth2 the authors brain??? what!! is going on upstairs dog. please reevaluate. plus she’s freshly 18!!!!!! i was literally hate-reading the last few chapters muttering mantras like “ouhhh my GOD she’s your figurative DAUGHTERRRRdawg don’t do this. author. author please. you’ve literally put in dialogues where the spirit dude explicitly refers to estrella as his daughter/child PLEEAAASSE
anyway. at first the dudes super against it and i thought we had hope,, but then by the end of being basically peer pressured into “realising” his feelings, they end up together. just a,, disappointing ending really.. -_-
