basically cus she was a celeb they had to date in secret. most of their dates were at home and when they were out in public, she would cover up and then make him cover up. telling him to keep his hair long or cover his face cus his eyes were scary. and then she would purposefully get into dating scandals by interacting with male celebrities to boost her popularity, just a lot of trust issues between the two of them and she wouldn’t reassure him a lot either. she was just overall draining, because she would expect so much out of him.
