Definitely the bad ending route, *sigh* like abigillion ways they could resolved everything from way back when MC lied about his sis, had he at least told their mom it was all a misunderstanding, maybe just maybe things could have been resolved a long time ago. Although, truthfully, let's be real, he was probably not expecting the rumor to happen, but when it did, that at the very least should be when he could have cleared it up. But he left it like that and only when her troubles affected him did he say he wanted to resolve it. But how? I didn't see how going for her ex, asking her to give the tea on what the ex likes, or continuing to pursue the ex when it looked like she was still interested in the ex was helping resolve their problems. But also from the beginning, if it's an ex, why pursue them back when the break up already happened? And if she was still interested, then why tell everyone she isn't and still get mad of the effect of the lie? The whole problems started with lie after lie, and I guess it finally collapse everything that could have been. I found it interesting how the ML past best friend who seemed sus ended up actually with a seemingly stable and healthy relationship after leaving ML's side. So it seems he had bad influence? I'm not really sure. But MC was kinda odd, I understand he was in athletics so it's common to have competitive spirit, but when it's of the heart, he really needed to first heal himself before pursuing others so it can be easier on everyone and healthy ya know? Like, he kept feeling like he was hated so kept trying to win affection but that is not the way yeah? And ML was hesitating because he knew MC would be tired of him if he confessed but eventually thought it might work out but everything got like that before he had a moment for it. Yes, ML was indecisive, but that doesn't mean they can treat someone like that. If they were that upset, maybe leave him? Or even just talk? Like, the whole time they didn't have a proper conversation. They only kept arguing and doing things that hurt others. It's really sad actually... So much love they could have gave, but kept choosing to give out angers resentment and pain... It's tragic. A drama to the end . ╥﹏╥ but we who read it looked for drama , just didn't expect this level. It's the first time I read something like this. It's a bit shocking , I guess it's living true to josei genre(usually the few I had read of this genre were without many fluffy scenes I guess, very drama). I'm used to happy ending manga I think, I thought if I keep reading something will improve? But it turned out how you expect after all of the troubles. The art was done well. If there was alternate ending, I think it would be nice to see them have different ways of handling their emotions in more kind way? To others and kind to themselves as well. ╥﹏╥ I hope everyone is doing ok. It was so much rollercoaster of a lot of things.
