This maybe? I don't remember if it was mentioned that he's "autistic" straight up, but the whole story is about how the seme is "weird" and even the seme is aware of it since childhood that he's different from others.

I know most of the works that are ABOUT autism, that's why I asked for BL lol

sorry I don't think I know any .. but erm Daybreak on webtoon is quite cute and I'm not sure but the character seems autism coded (haven't read it in awhile so can't say for sure) the ML is transmasc and the artstyle is rlly nice so i would recommend
