Would love to add slice of life to the genre tags

Despite how long it is, I appreciate the slow pace of the series. It seems like a lot of mundanity and repetitive moments, but because we spend so much intimate and detailed time with each character, they become more memorable. It's one of the rare weekly webtoons I don't forget the names of the characters or the plot for, and it doesn't blend in with any other story for me.

I like the dialogues, how they show the way the character navigates through their circumstances and how they feel; the casual aspects of their day to day, or how hierarchy and social rank affects their situation and state of mind. I love Ash's struggles with alienation and feelings of being alone in the world, as well as her physical aspects blending into this universe. I know Ash and everyone wishes things could be better, but all feel helpless and grounded in their own unique circumstances. It's realistic in a sense that things don't change just because you wish they could, and how to come to terms with that.

Basically it kind of feels like I'm peeking into someone's diary, and each page reveals a bit about the person. Each of their actions feels meaningful in a readership sense.

The ending might end up being bittersweet, but nothing about their lives were fairytale perfection in the first place. Just being alive and being able to live together feels like it would be the most apt.
