Considering that she said "she's not normal" in previous chapters, that she's depressed about something that happened in Seoul and that she's so bothered by Ho and Kwon's relationship, I'm guessing that she likes a girl and suffered some kind of bullying because of it. Maybe someone told her she's not normal, that's why she's so hung on this word. It's a childish way of thinking, but she's just a confused young girl. Nothing that a good talk can't help.
