I feel like that fear wasn’t even a thing at all just an excuse to later switch it up in the plot and explain what actually happened, cause he just mistook his initial feelings of attraction and heart beating fast etc as “oh I must be scared cause he’s big”
lowk i think he only grew taller bc he kept saying that he was scared of taller ppl so maybe growing taller made him feel like he was on the same level as hyeon so that fear was gone
