It's just a good isekai story without any romance.There is an anime (even english dub too). The events are slightly different there tho. Probably to give a bit of a more conclusive end within 12 episodes.
Slightly is maybe a bit understated. They added a few anime only characters and last 2 episodes (I believe, can't remember anymore) are anime only.
I still liked the anime, tho I read the manga first.
