This manhwa is the definition of "unsatisfying"

Seriously, nothing really gets anywhere in this manhwa.
FL's power to control metal? Gets used to detect poison once, to disable the assassins's swords once and to stop a mine from being destroyed once. That's basically it, she trains this ability for years and then it's time to forget about it because it suddenly disappears. She creates monster-killing swords, but it's more about her blacksmithing skill, not metal control.
Her little brother who goes away to train his magic? He does basically nothing with his magic. But to be fair, neither does anyone else. Magic exists in the series, but the only memorable moment of it is when the villain uses it to create a bone dragon. That's it.
ML is a prince. He has great swordsmanship skills and magic that he doesn't really use. As per tradition, his mother was killed in succession struggle and the empress tried to get rid of him several times. Never really accomplishes anything as he never really aimed for the throne. He tries to fight for the throne towards the end, but then FL gets the magical qualification for it instead, basically making him FL's accessory. Next.
Villains are either absolutely worthless or barely there. The first prince just gets humiliated from time to time. That violet-haired girl never accomplishes anything. They both just get executed in the end as an afterword. The empress just suddenly leaves, because her daughter who she thought dead was apparently alive. Said daughter was supposed to be a villain aiming to kidnap the MC, but she apparently just gives up off screen? Nothing really happens with her. And the final villain, that terrifying immortal mage... just gives up in the end. Seriously, he just stands back and decides to get killed, because he wanted to die for like a millenia. Haaaaa...
FL's duke father just really likes his daughter and does his best to protect her. But in the end all he does is humiliate the first prince. He tries to make FL the next duchess, but FL skips a few steps and becomes the empress...
There's also that red-haired girl who was supposedly from the same royal family as FL and was kept prisoner because of this. She shared prophetic visions with FL, so I assumed she would at least want to be family with FL, but as soon as FL gets the throne she just vanishes into the horizon along with her mother and the former emperor. Wtf?
In summary, I really didn't like the manhwa. If you think about it, the entire thing could be summarized in a single sentence: The duke finds his long-lost daughter with royal blood and fends off her would-be suitors until she becomes an empress. That's it. I'm done.
