Calm your tits down guysssss(^_^;) i think we're forgetting the setting of the story. Homegirl grew up in the COUNTRY SIDE, please keep that in mind. As most of us know, people in the country side are pretty much conservatives and are barely exposed to things that we as city people consider as normal(^-^; so seeing 2 males kissing was not a familiar sight, okay? For all we know, she coukd be confused with herself as well and just want answers(´Д`). Easy with the name calling geezzzzzzzz.

But to each of their own i guess. If you wanna name call her then.....your choice :)))

I'm from the country side but I'm here

I'm from city and I never seen 2 males kissing and city people here never considered 2 males kissing or kissing in public as normal.

Im from the country side of a very judgmental country and was always aware of gays, never put them on a dating sites without their consent tho

She knows about dating sites but doesn’t know gay people exist? She has internet. Not to mention, signing anyone up for dating sites without their consent, let alone basically a stranger (as in he’s not her family or close friend), is beyond messed up.

Same, I'm also from the country side, but you see... not all of us from the country side are too keen on searching informations that may be not connected to us(at least in my place, we don't) for example. Just because you know doesn't mean that they should know it as well, right??

I dunno yall...when i said "seeing 2 males kissing was an unfamiliar sight for her" I meant that as she may have been uncomfortable seeing it?? And yes, you got a point that seeing 2 males kissing or kissing in public is not "viewed" normal even in cities (it depends on the location i guess, my city has a lot of gay couples that could be seen out in public showing their affection towards each other, and yes I do see them kissing lol) , BUT gay couples are more frequently seen in cities compared to seeing them in the country side.

And I was addressing the name calling on her? Not her "unjustified" actions of her putting Mr. Kwon on dating sites without his consent. And i do agree with you that it was a dumb(? I can't thing of an alternative word) move on her part.

I never said "she doesn't know gay people exist", I clearly stated that she's from the country side and her views are a bit more conservative compared to others. She's still young too, you can't expect for someone to understand something after giving it a glance. And learning about the existance of something and seeing it person has different impacts. Right now, a person may be fine with learning something but when they see it in person, the reaction could be different.

Pardon my butchered grammar and poor choice of words, but thank you for sharing your opinions. They're all valid and feel free to reply again if my comment doesn't agree with your views? Hahahaha, it's fun to see you all share your opinion or your say( ^ω^)

Tbh, all of this is just excuses. It’s homophobia plain and simple. Doesn’t matter if her intentions are “right” or the way she grew up with, what she did is beyond messed up. And doesn’t it count a doxxing to some extent? She spread his personal information without consent, that’s a crime. I get why you may feel like insults are a bit too much (tho I don’t think they are considering her actions), but it doesn’t change the fact that you’re trying to defend her in one way or another by making excuses. So, can’t agree with you on that, sorry.

Oh that's quite alright, no need to apologize for not agreeing with me (^^; but if it is stemmed from homophobia, hopefully we will see that in the future release and she'll pay for the consequences of her actions. But! If it ever comes to light that she was just ya know....confused and acted rashly based on impulse(which is still bad lol), i hope people would cut her the slack of name calling. Because personally, no-one has the right to name call anyone, especially when the victim of said "doxxing" was actually chill(?) About it. But oh well~ atleast i tried to defend her and you did understand that, so all is well( ̄▽ ̄) hopefully we'll get answers soon on ehy she acted like that hahaha

Tbh, instead of saying countryside or city, it's actually Korea culture itself. The author are from Korea and she made the characters based on her observations to culture in countryside of her

If folks in my countryside saw two men kissing, they would basically exiled or/and beat them up instead of send the infos to matchmaker. If the girl in my countryside who have same situation as that girl, she would snitch tbh and rumor goes around until the two men became an outcast or become in 1st situation.

If it's happened in my city, both guy could get arrested tbh.

Damn....that's a bit...too much??(^^; but i do understand that views may differ depending on the place. You are right I guess...it's more like the view of country side people in Korea rather than country side people in general.

I get what you mean, tho I disagree with the statement that no one has the right to name call anyone. Some people really should be name-called and shamed, if they were shunned by society for good reasons then maybe we would have less crime in the world

Yeah, that’s just homophobia. Which is why it shouldn’t be excused to easily. It’s not really a secret that Korea is homophobic, even in big cities
