It's not like things happened differently. The novel is a flavourful tea with it's details and intensity. manga version watered this tea down so to speak, and it's a shame

Novel readers he no issue with majority of the story, except for this final arc because it’s the most important part of the story before the ending. It makes it anticlimactic

I mean what they removes from the novel was pretty much the whole plot itself...... literally the detail that used as a proof that Edith is not guilty, so readers are mostly confused too, like what will happen if that scene was removed? It's not like we throw an empty critique. I don't care if they remove another scene, manhwa often did that too anyway, though little by little to match their chapter panel or whatever it is, even this whole manhwa was not exactly 100% the same as the novel. But did we criticized it before? We didn't though, only recently..... bcs some scene in this part was pretty much important, only because it's bloody, they decided to remove it instead. Which is disappointing (〜￣△￣)〜
I lowk liked this chapter better than what people were saying occurred in the novel. Thank God I never read it because people in the comments critique ANYTHING that's off from the OG.
