Also MC is pretty much been deprived of having a close relationship with anyone for years. If having sex with him is a way for him not to feel lonely anymore he'll do it.

Are we reading the same story? Yooyoung has an obsessive and toxic attachment to Kwon based on their past lives that YY got a glimpse into (or so he says). Kwon is just starved for attention and easy to manipulate. YY knows that Kwon fears people getting hurt by his curse so he’s going to play it up to keep Kwon close to him. Kwon giving him a literal peck on the lips and saying “there’s more where that came from” just clearly shows how little experience he has, but even still he knows that showing any level of affection will have a positive effect on YY. The “dream” sex also showed us that Kwon isn’t necessarily uninterested in intimacy with YY.
Well they also fucked for like half the current story, which is only 12 chapters. Unless sex is a personality trait, it's kind of hard to glean any information on them. There's little world building, they've literally been in a hospital room for the past like 6 chapters, and the rest is just "I got told everyone around me will die, oh and I have disturbing dreams." So excuse me if I'm not psychoanalyzing every sentence and action a character does like you have when they've just been fucking for most of the exposition
Um? I'm so confused, where was the relationship building? Where was the part where they introduced their personalities? They had sex once (irl) and suddenly MC is all "there's more where that came from." Like bro you've never even had a proper friend before, where is this coming from?
