I've heard of a husband/wife marrying their deceased spouse's sibling in the past.

In modern society however this is considered a taboo or something that shouldn't be. I do have a conflicted view towards relationships like this, I mean for me it's totally weird. But I don't think it's wrong in every case, having felt attraction towards your sibling's spouse isn't a deadly sin BECAUSE sometimes it can't be helped, however to act on those feelings regardless of the pain you'd cause towards those involved is a sin.

Just because you fell in love doesn't mean it's okay to have an affair or steal someone's spouse,(if the sister was alive)... But in their case, it isn't an affair and both of them didn't act solely on their feelings alone, especially Yuki. He wasn't malicious about his feelings for his brother-in-law, if anything he never forgot his sister and even after she passed, his sister's feelings were always his priorities rather than his own.
I'm glad they didn't take their feelings lightly considering they are brother-in-laws, they took the time to consider everything and anything about their relationship before going through with it.
