Intersex doesn't mean not female or male, most intersex people are male or female with a few non-typical traits. Very few are truly "in between" male and female, and many intersex people wouldn't consider themselves trans.

Girls who wear pants and have flat chests or are tall can still be girls so he is still a boy he has no doubts, if you think him being fem = no longer man, you have no sense, literally don't ever cook.
Why do we need an explanation on why something isn't gay, as if it being gay is some flaw? Also it is gay either way because he does identify and come across as male no matter how feminine he may be. Sex chromosomes don't change, even with hormone therapy. (I wish they could) Even if he is intersex, he's still identifying and living as a dude.
Unless Iltak ever comes out as trans fem, or some other gender identity away from a masc one, liking him as a dude is gay, and that's the whole reason I'm personally even here lmao.

If you like someone that identifies as a man, and you identify as a man, that is homosexual attraction. Doesn't matter if you "see him as fem", that is still homosexual because his identity is male. Or let me rephrase-
If you are attracted to someone because you see them as feminine and attractive, DESPITE being a male, that is still homosexual attraction. A strictly heterosexual man would be turned off by the fact alone that the person is a man too, no matter how fem they appear.
There is a sexuality based on being attracted to feminine people alone however, no matter the gender. That would be Gynosexual. It includes Hetero and Homosexual attraction, much like a more biased version of being Bisexual.

Unpopular Opinion but I dont think its gay to like Iltak. He doesnt even count as a man anymore. I mean he literally has borderline tits (just saw a twitter post someone linked on here where hes in a Bikini and it looks like he has an AA cup bra). Now of course his gender orientation is up to him, no matter his body type, but the sister has been estrogenizing the fuck out of him to the point where his XY Chromosome is no more. Biologically, that cant be a male anymore... hes closer to being intersex than anything.
