Okay so , this totally depends on how the author writes the omegaverse. But from a average omegaverse setting , I've yet to know whether a male omega could impregnate a female omega or another male omega . Does a male omega's semen contains any sperm? Can a male omega could make a female alpha pregnant? Theres so many questions about it . I've read a manga where the seme was an enigma (they could impregnate alphas) and his parents were both omega . Theres many manga where male alpha could make female alpha pregnant so same thing should be possible for omega too . But we only know that omegas are impregnable but we don't know if they could impregnate others .
