the reason why people are sympathizing is bc she's just a kid, the irresponsible behavior in this chapter just proves that.
like most sympathizers have mentioned, she's in charge of her grandmother and that's the not average life for a child. her issue with homosexuality comes from her own immaturity with dealing with life and wanting to be normal (she's obviously wrong and duh they're literally gonna address that in the next chap or two)

I saw people sympathising this girl but don't she look irresponsible to you? I mean she just let her grandma go out because she "THOUGHT" it was ok and she stayed in her house registering another grownup man in all short of dating sites without his permission. I mean even she is a teenager this is wrong for her to do that. I hope she realises her fault soon
