It's because she became a swordmaster in this life. She then became the captain of one of the orders so they had more chances to interact and eventualy he fell for her character....it's not like he fell for her when he first saw her. Also, in the previous life she was always stuck to the crown prince and then there was the war and stuff and i don't think they even had a reason or chance to interact.
This is just my thought but if kyrant were never talked to julia in the previous life, why did he suddenly talk to Julia in thisnlife? Does it bcs she become pretty?
