How th do i remember almost the whole story but not the title

Im looking for that one bl ive read before where theres like i think royalty type of genre where this guy gets arranged marriage to someone (he hasnt seen the face of that person) but didnt want to and then theres this rule where if he gets pregnant ?? I think or had sex with someone then they wont get married so he set himself up with someone else but still ended up sleeping with the guy hes supposed to marry. Btw im pretty sure they met up somewhere else and he was kind to that guy but didnt recognize that that guy was supposed to be his husband
