It helps if you know anything about the language spoken but I used to be a scanlator. It should really be a QC note if not a TL note since contextually, it does matter.
He’s saying he loves him but then switches to cat right? But he’s saying “neko” which is slang for bottom so really it’s a double entendre ╥﹏╥
