It's worth it! It's finally coming to some sort of resolution.
If you JUST want to know the conclusion then yes but if you care about whether the writing is actually good or got better i’d say NO. The story started off interesting then got weird. The writing isn’t good but if quality isn't an issue for you then pick it back up so you can know how it ends.
I remember dropping this quite a while ago (I think a few years ago) just wanting to ask if I should pick it back up again???
