So im sure you know how it started... With skylar crushing on chan-il (orange hair) and taking pics of him and cirrus finding out. So back to the fight btwn cirrus and skylar in ch 116. Skylar asks him about the amusement park scene. If you remember correctly during those times cirrus was starting to get obsessed with skylar... So he didn't like the fact that skylar still had eyes for chan-il... So cirrus talks to his childhood friends ri-in, and tells her to go on a blind date with chan-il... So basically cirrus sets chan-il up with his friend ri-in, partly to make skylar give up on chan-il and mostly to make skylar jealous and take pleasure in seeing his hurt face... So chan-il and ri-in go on a date in the amusement park and cirrus invites skylar too. So four of them end up meeting at the amusement park and cirrus makes it seem like it was just coincidence when actually he planned it... So they go on the double date and you can imagine skylar was heartbroken the entire time seeing chan-il with ri-in so much so he broke down in tears. Cirrus wanted that to happen... So that he can swoop in and comfort skylar making himself look good to get skylar. And that is what Chan-il discloses to skylar in the train in ch 115. So understandably skylar is mad and hurt that cirrus played him for a fool and toyed with his feelings
As for dongsik, the dude getting beat up by cirrus in this chapter, found out about skylar and cirrus's relationship a few chapters back... And since he never liked cirrus he planned on exposing this relationship with skylar to the whole school despite Cirrus warning him multiple times. As for why chan-il and cirrus had a fight... Chan-il saw cirrus talking with ri-in (chan-il's girlfriend) and got mad... He still doesn't know that cirrus and ri-in are childhood friends. So he confronts cirrus and with cirrus's typical personality he found it amusing that chan-il was getting jealous... So he never reveals the fact that they are just friends.... Hope you got a lil grasp with this long rant ╮(￣▽￣)╭
