Let me add to this thread the bl mpreg mangas I found with visible belly (bump), and that's it. They ended when MC is visibly preggy but NO BABY.

This one is an anthology, so the mpreg part is only in Chapter 5, where it ended with impending labor scene tho not the birth scene exactly, and no baby at that.

If a bl manhwa/manhua/manga has mpreg trope but no visible belly or baby bump, I'm not adding it in this list (for instance: 'Kiss Me, Liar'). I feel like those kinds of work are scam because we cannot see an actual pregnant body.
If you know other bl mpreg manhwas/ manhuas/ mangas that meet MOST of my criteria, feel free to suggest so I could check and maybe add them in this list.
