I don't think Hangyeol realizes that he is being love bombed or he simply doesn't want to acknowledge that Si-eon is not someone he can trust because he doesn't want to go back to selling his body. He sees this to be the best option between selling his body or surrendering to Si-eon. He is either oblivious to the manipulation or deliberately masking his suspicions to hold onto the illusion of peace and tranquility in his fucked up life.
I can't say I wasn't annoyed at the fact he decided to ignore Jeoh's advice and run from there. No matter what situation you are in, you should probably heed to the advice of the person who has been far longer in this industry than you have. They have more experience to know who is shit and who is not. Lest you get thrown into a far bigger hell than the one you were in already. I don't blame him for being harassed, but I do question his ability to discern people's intentions.
