completed. this website tends to do that (not putting conpleted when it's already complete) you can just add it to your "already read" manga and subscribe to it if you want to be sure that it might get updates in the future but still reminding that youve already finished reading it.
Ah ok. I wasn't sure if I would get updates if I marked it reading now or already read. Maybe, it doesn't matter as long as I subscribe to it?

Will someone let me know if this is truly completed. It says the status is ongoing but the updated chapters say its ended. Which is is?
