I should have added that it was a genuine question rather than judging. You're not the first nor will you be that last to say that but I always just wonder, if you as a reader feel the story is dragging then why not just drop it.
Yeah, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but when you say things like that, it just leave one curious as to well " Why continue a story that isn't holding your interest anymore?"
I do agree the story is long but personally, when an author has laid out from the beginning a massive world and many concepts, wouldn't you feel unsatisfied if none or most of it goes untouched?
Naruto had me feeling that way. Again imo.
Totally get it- and thank you for clarifying (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ my comment was just me venting a little steam, honestly not really something to pick apart.
The way you felt about Naruto is how I feel about this and I just wanted to put it out there. I don’t hate it, I’m just tired and wanted to connect with anyone who might feel the same way.
To answer your question tho- yes, it would be unsatisfying, and yes, the author has done a wonderful job keeping the hype, but over a decade of seeing the story go on has me jaded and I’m eager for an ending to at least be visible in the horizon. In my opinion, 13 years ongoing is a stretch for any fandom.
It’s been 13 YEARS. Can we put a cork in it already??? ╥﹏╥
