Tbh I’m not gonna take the word of what is or isn’t good writing from someone who is complaining that a story has a story, lmao.
Slow burn isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, sure, but I’d easily say Nemui is one of the best yaoi mangaka (in terms of story and characterization).
The “story” is walls of text being self expository and incredibly not subtle about the author's views that doesn’t even count as an analogy cause that’s how direct they are.
It’s like twitter made a manga tbh, it’s lecturing me and I don’t like my porn lecturing me.
