Hm, but they haven’t explained in the story yet if they knew each other when they were younger, so why would Yujin feel guilty for Aaron?
When I was reading earlier chapters it was implied that they knew each other. And that Yujin’s father might have done something to Aaron back then. Maybe kidnapped him?
Oh yes, I remember that too! That Yujin’s father is the one that “hunted” Aaron with a g*n and that’s why he’s in jail. But it hasn’t been confirmed yet that Yujin would remember or know about that … that’s why I was confused by the last part of your comment ^^
Chapter 24 was exciting but also kind of sad. Yujin wanted to give the lollipop to the kid because he has an emotional connection to him. The asshole crushing the lollipop had a bigger impact on Yujin than he realized. So now he’s using sex as a coping mechanism.
Based on the previous chapters, I wonder if he sees the kid as a proxy for Aaron as a child and is projecting his residual guilt onto him.
