Lightheart? Avoid hateful characters? Baby I think um miss this time, bc I don't think that a character grape the others is lightheart or not hatefull, and it wasn't a one time thing, which is already very bad even it was just one time, but the red head constantly abuse and force the mc, every single time, nothing between him and mc was consensual and who know how many times or years this was happening. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
