I read the novel VERY LONG RANT(SPOILERS)

I read the novel and honestly it wasnt that great. And its just…. Dohyun is definitely way more frustrating than a red flag in my opinion. (Well he COULD be seen as a red flag but I dont think it was intentional. Let me explain). Theres many MANY plot holes in Alpha Trauma. The “plot twist” or like the “betrayal” is that Dohyun was a spy planted by Wooyeon’s mother. Boo L mother. But the way the author developed their romance has Dohyun looking like a total fucking douche. He REFUSES to commit to WORDS. Hes always dodging when its a yes or no question. But its like the author forgets halfway and is desperately trying to redeem him to readers and say Dohyun started falling in love with MC when he was tutoring him so he bailed out. WHAT? BRO MC WAS 14? LMAO? This entire novel starts falling apart when you really start thinking about it logically. Because the first half of the book Dohyun is literally shown like he just wants his ass kissed and ego stroked. Alot of what the MC hates isnt very buyable. Everyones motives to eachother was obviously not very clearly thought out. Its so clear they want to justify Dohyun’s douchey behavior as “ im troubled”. So yeah. Hes fuckign frustrating. And I also dont really like the whole age thing to begin with but they definitely subtly use it as kink or fetish material. Its not like downright grooming or pedophillic but theres subtle remincinces about “oh when u were younger …” DURING SEX. HOWEVERRRR i do want to say the artist is actually pretty good. They turned omega complex into something readable and the art is STUNNING. And Im suree theyll improve the story from the novel. But the Alpha Trauma was disappointing for me. Cliche rich boy yaoi
