nope they didnt know each other, ido didnt have feelings for him either, the current story is their second life and only ido remembers everything . in the first life ido treated sejin like shit and theres so much more to it but if you dont want spoilers i wont give them to you. going back to ido treated him like shit thing, as a result to that, and other things, sejin killed himself. idk how else to answer this because if i go into detail ill spoil the story for you
