Not to be that guy but!! There was actually a study done about this that I found interesting and iirc about 1/3 of homophobic guys experience same sex attraction and 2/3 are just plain old bigoted assholes
definitely not 'that' guy lol that's actually interesting information and it's probably internalized homophobia caused by that 2/3
