He can gain their skills of the monster, he has a point system thing, he can put points into certain things like speed, strength etc. Everyone in this world can level up but the thing is with the mc he can't level up past level 1. People have their guard down around him so he can do pretty much whatever he wants in a party. The reason why he is a hunter is because of his sister, she is disabled from the dungeon which is known as the abyss. He needs money for her medical bills, only him and his sister are still alive in their family so needs to earn money for them to live and medical bills too.
