long answer, he's technically not blood related to her since he's a devil but he changes his appearance when he was a baby to look like his human sister because his mom wish him to look human. I forgot how the mom gave birth to him but even though she birthed him out, he's not blood related. It's crazy af and ngl I was STILL confused after I read the whole thing.
