As I've read this a long time ago now, I don't remember there being a third wheel for real. There was a jealous male concubine, but he didn't actually get between them that much. It's an happy ending as well

Will there be a third wheel in the main couple's relationship? And did he do anything bad?
Lastly, I read this in the earlier chapters and I think Im already at the time where a guy put sleeping pills on the seme's food then they slept together in a bed (not seggs), then the uke seen it but he knows it was just a ploy to remove the seme, which is why the uke remove all his male concubine.
