I think second option sounds more reasonable because ml repeatedly says that he doesn't recall anything happening, indicating that he doesnt remember them having sex. And if its actually the first option then thats just straight up SA, idk why we are Labeling him as a cheater. Imaging roles were reversed, a woman is drunk and a sober man takes advantage of her, brings her to the hotel and SA her, would you still consider it cheating? No she would be the victim here, same with the ml. But i really do think its the second option i explained, nothing really happened.
