Sh*t did not progress in this story

Saw a lot of progress. People are very contradictory on here about what they think progress is, though....

like what if you don't mind me asking? I thought the uke wanted help but in the end things didn't get any better with the bullying, other than him dating the teacher. I just felt that the plot had some potential. but the ending just wasn't satisfying. the teachers reaction to finding out this stuff wasn't even logical (well maybe for a manga it is). it just didn't feel like progress was being made in their relationship.
