I have a theory it has smth to do with the fact that the twin nd the grandfather are hiding smth, it’s actually likely the grandfather told her to keep pretending to be sick so her older sister can safely inherit the title which would be a pretty valid reason to feel some resentment towards her family.
If he did that then he is just dumb, the sister looks the exact type to want to be married off
Yeah and i’d imagine he’d do smth a stupid as that since at the time he was literally manic after his kids died but none the less it is stupid.
Ngl i feel bad for her sister like imagine all your life someone with your face gets to go to school, have friends, and be head of the family. while you have to be a sick little girl in the room. But the fact is if shes so smart why didn't she try to attempt to be her own person? Instead she wanted to take everything from her sister when she could have talked to the grandfather. Like shes being the victim like shes being forced to be her sisters shadow kinda annoying.
